The daytime visit runs every 15 minutes from 9:00 to 18:45 and includes the Musei Civici. The evening visit — 'Giotto under the stars' — runs every 20 minutes from 19:00 to 21:20 between 25 March and 1 November, and covers the chapel only.

Reduced tickets apply to EU citizens over 65; a youth ticket covers ages 6–17 and students. Children under 6 pay only the booking fee. Every ticket includes the museum's €1 reservation charge.

After dark
The chapel is in the Giardini dell'Arena, a 10-minute walk from Padova railway station. Padua is 25 minutes from Venice and 50 from Verona by train. The ticket office is at the entrance to the Musei Civici in Piazza Eremitani 8.
Access & comfort
The chapel and the museum are accessible to wheelchairs; the entrance to the chapel is via the climate-controlled access building at ground level. Ask at the ticket office for assistance.
